1. Detach the nozzle

Bore a 1-inch hole at the bottom of the propane tank and make another 1-inch hole on the top corner of the tank. Cut 3 inches of a 1-inch male-threaded steel pipe using a power hacksaw. Perform the same step for another pipe to obtain two 3-inch threaded steel pipes. After that, proceed by joining the pipes to the sides and base of the tank.

2. Twist in the mixing valve

Get the mixing valve screwed onto the tip of the base of the pipe. Get a T-connector and screw an inch from the base of the mixing valve.

This time, get a 1-inch female 4-way cross pipe fitting and hook it up to the threaded steel pipe that is on the top corner of the propane tank. Twist in the pressure gauge that is seen on top in such a way that the safety valve is on the bottom and the pressure regulator is set to the side. Proceed by hooking up the water separator to the adjusted pressure regulator.

3. Control the incoming air

You will then have to focus on controlling the incoming air coming from the compressor going to the other end. You can do it by screwing a male threaded elbow fitting in the water separator.

Go back to the safety valve that was hooked up to the 4-way fitting and twists in a 1-inch male threaded pipe that is from the base of the safety valve. Isolate it right at the bottom of the tank, then twist in a female elbow fitting right on the end part.

Proceed by assessing the size and cut a small portion of the pipe and hook it up to the T-connector. You will have to weld the joints.

4. Connect the rubber hose 

Connect the rubber hose to the T-connector at the base, and secure the nozzle on top through a tube fitting. Because of the pressure that is present in the tank, the abrasive media mixes with the air. You will see that the media is pushed into the chamber. 

The air produced by the compressor that is entering the mixing chamber is reduced and controlled before it gets into the nozzle. By regulating the mixing valve, the abrasive can also be regulated.
